Dear Cunard Families,

Tomorrow is an exciting day and our staff are ready. We have worked hard to prepare for this and are
excited to try new things. This is new for us all so please be patient as we work through this but we will
do our best to meet the needs of all our students as best we can. Below are a few things to prepare for
the next few weeks:

 Check with your child/children that their icon/avatar and name they will use for at home learning is
appropriate
 Remind them that although we are online, the expectations of language and digital use is the
same as school
 Attendance for each class IS mandatory; students will be marked late if they are not present at
the beginning of class
 Work done during this time WILL be included in their assessment of third term
 Support is available if needed, just reach out and let us know
 First two days, April 29 and 30, students MUST be online for all classes. Teachers will spend
time with students going over expectations and process for on-line learning
 School day begins at 9am until 2:05pm with lunch from 11:30-12:30pm
 We will keep our website as updated as possible, please check it regularly
