Helmets
While we encourage students to bike, scooter and skateboard to school, the wearing of a helmet is mandatory. This comes directly from the Nova Scotia Motor Vehicle Act. We have had a number of students who have arrived without a helmet. This is a serious hazard and as such, students who arrive without a helmet ,will be asked to keep their bike, scooter, skateboard in the school until they have a helmet or a parent picks up the vehicle.
